The pay structure at LKW is a judicious mix of Fixed and Variable Pay. While we are conservative with entry level salaries, once a candidate displays the requisite capabilities, there is no upper ceiling on Variable Earnings.  To cite an example, a candidate who joined in 2005 at a salary of Rs.1.50 lakh per annum fared exceptionally well and within two years earned in excess of Rs.10 Lakh per annum. Hence, there is no upper salary ceiling for outstanding candidates.
